Entry Certificate in Business Analysis:
ECBA Certification is administered by the IIBA i.e. International Institute of Business Analyst. It covers the fundamental knowledge of how to approach different problems as a Business analyst according to the BABOK guide. Moreover, one needs to appear in the exam to get certified in the same.
Requirements are:
- As it is an entry-level course so no prior experience is required any fresher can apply.
- You must have completed 21 hours of Professional Development in the last four years.
- Accepting and agreeing with all terms and conditions.
- Accepting the code of conduct.
Project Management Professional:
This is considered as the gold standard among the different credentials available under this particular role. The Project Management Institute provides this PMP Certification. It helps to highlight your ability to work efficiently. If you are doing your exam prep you need to have a thorough understanding of the PMBOK Guide (Project Management Book of Knowledge). But before starting preparation you need to fulfill certain requirements. The prerequisites are of two sets you can read and find out which set you fulfill.
Set 1:
- You should hold a four-year degree.
- Experience of three years in leading projects.
- You must have completed 35 hours of project management training.
Set 2:
- You should hold a high-school diploma.
- Experience of five years in leading projects.
- You must have done 35 hours of project management training.
Apart from these accepting the code of conduct and passing the exam is mandatory in both cases.
