Examine your whole portfolio of upcoming and ongoing initiatives to see which ones are most suited to your current strategic goals. On a daily basis, review the risks associated with the execution of your project. Begin the procedure PRIOR to starting your project. Determine the risks and design strategies to eliminate, mitigate, and manage them. Determine who is in charge of lowering the project’s risk of failure and what would motivate them to complete the project on time.

• Deliver results as fast as you can

Make sure you can deliver something beneficial to whoever is paying for the project early on. Nobody likes to wait for results. Show results in a monetizable way as soon as possible.

• Pay attention to who is with you

Bring on the proper people as soon as feasible, and get rid of the wrong individuals as soon as possible. Your project isn’t a warehouse for stuff that the company doesn’t know how to use properly. Occupational suicide is the name for “special projects.”
